decree nr. 196 of June 30th 2003, we inform you that as the Data
Processing Holder ,Casa Rossa will supply you with
any and all information about: purpose of personal data processing;
terms of personal data processing; nature of supply of personal
data.
NATURE OF THE DATA COLLECTED
Casa Rossa shall anonymously process any personal
data spontaneously supplied without disclosing the identity of the
supplier.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
Your personal data shall be processed by Casa Rossa
with the sole purpose of:
- correctly perform its professional activity and accomplish to
your requests;
- make marketing research;
- supply information and/or make offers with respect to products,
services or activities promoted by Casa Rossa or
one of its sponsors (business partners) without disclosing these
data to third parties; comply with the requirements of the Law in
terms of crime fighting.
TERMS OF DATA PROCESSING
The data hereof shall be collected and recorded on protected electronic
storage devices. You retain the right to cancel your data any moment
and with no further delay. The cancellation of personal data can
be performed online, under your own responsibility, through a procedure
you are entitled to follow on your own by Casa Rossa
The data shall be processed within the company by trained members
of the management staff duly appointed as Authorized and Person
in Charge.
Your data shall be processed in conformity with the Law and with
specific, explicit and rightful reasons which shall not exceed the
aforesaid purposes of data processing.
NATURE OF THE SUPPLY OF PERSONAL DATA
We inform you that your personal data are required in order to enable
us to rightfully and correctly perform our professional and commercial
activities; as a consequence of a lack of personal data, or consequently
to a partial or incorrect supply, we will not be able to correctly
perform our professional services.
We inform you that you retain all the rights foreseen by Art. 7
of the Legislative decree nr. 196/2003, which you can assert emailing
